The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), in Articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal warranty on consumer goods sold to consumers outside business premises. This legal warranty covers all manufacturing and conformity defects present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, i.e., the consumer's ability to return the purchased product and be reimbursed for the expense incurred.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the package by sending a simple formal request for goods withdrawal. The customer must also arrange for the return of the shipment at his or her own expense. Carried out as described the customer will be refunded the full price paid. For more information consult Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in accordance with Article 59 lett. c) and lett. e) Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), in the case of custom-made, personalized and sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection. Therefore, products intended to come into contact with intimate parts (such as sex toys or underwear) cannot be returned if the package containing the product has been opened or the product used in any way. Opening or any damage to the packaging will therefore prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to such products, unless a lack of conformity is found, in which case the legal warranty with replacement of the product takes over.

The right of withdrawal also lapses if the returned product is not intact: Absence of items contained in the package such as manuals, cables, batteries etc.. Damage to the product caused by transport

You must communicate your desire to withdraw using the contact form, then you can choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund of goods.
  • Credit note to be used for a future order.

If you request a refund (equal to the value of the properly returned merchandise) this will be made according to the payment method you choose: bank transfer, PostePay recharge, PayPal within 14 business days. The only expenses to be incurred by the customer are those for shipping the product.

Expenses incurred for cash-on-delivery, scheduled delivery and retained storage will not be compensated.
